Pour the required quantity of Termican® into a mixing tank half-filled with water. Stir thoroughly before filling the tank with the remaining water to the correct level and mix well.

Termican EC-25 is a professional-grade termiticide containing 25 g/L of Fipronil (Phenyl Pyrazole family), a chemical group originally developed in France. It is used by licensed pest control operators for both pre-construction and post-construction termite treatment and deemak control in Pakistan. It is considered one of the most effective molecules for eliminating subterranean termite colonies.
Termican acts as a non-repellent termiticide, meaning termites cannot smell, taste, or detect it. When a termite comes into contact with or ingests Termican, it becomes a carrier, transferring the active molecule to every other termite it encounters through normal colony behaviour (grooming, feeding, contact). This transfer effect means termites working up to 1.5 metres away from the treated zone can be affected — resulting in complete colony collapse, not just surface suppression.
Pour the required quantity of Termican into a mixing tank half-filled with water. Stir thoroughly, then fill the remainder with water and mix well. Use 4 litres of diluted solution per square metre of treatment area. Apply either as a soil drench or coarse spray to the target zone. For pre-construction work, apply before foundation casting; for post-construction termite treatment, apply through drilled soil channels around the structure. Termican EC-25 belongs to EPA Toxicity Class III (slightly hazardous). When applied correctly into the soil at manufacturer-specified rates by trained pest control operators, it is safe for human habitation. The chemical has very low water solubility and low vapour pressure, meaning it does not evaporate into air or leach significantly into drinking water. Standard precautions include: keep children and pets away from the treatment zone during application, do not eat or drink while handling, and wash hands and exposed skin after work. Re-entry is permitted once soil is dry and any indoor odour has dissipated.
